Our aim is to offer advice relating to your commercial energy/water needs and requirements and procure suitable commercial energy/water contracts from a panel of utility providers. To provide this service we need to know about you and your business; for example, your supply details, bank details, address and financial arrangements. We may also conduct a credit check. Much of the information you provide will, as part of the process, be passed to the utility provider whose products you purchase and details of how they use your information are included in their own data protection literature. Your information will also be passed to Online Direct Limited, who assist us in the processing of your contract.


If you are unable or unwilling to provide some, or all, of this information we will be unable to provide you advice suitable for your circumstances, or procure a contract that meets your energy/water needs. We do not collect personal information from third parties.

As we would like you to be a lifetime client, we need to earn your trust and assure you that we will keep your personal information confidential and secure and only for as long as is necessary.
